Scottish PublicationsThe MS Society Scotland produces its own magazine for members, MS Connect, and a small range of booklets and leaflets. This is in addition to those available for the UK as a whole. You can download them from this page or contact the information team for copies. Most of the MS Society's Essentials booklets are relevant to the UK as a whole. But, since devolution, the Scottish government has been responsible for several areas which particularly affect people with MS - social work, health care and education. So there are two Scottish Essentials booklets: Getting the best from social work in Scotland and Support for people in Scotland severely affected by MS.We also work with the publications team in London to add Scottish content to other booklets. If you would like a print copy of any of our publications please give us a call on 0131 335 4050 or send an email to information@mssocietyscotland.org.uk. Information to help you find your way around social care services, community care assessments and direct payments. Re-published for 2009. As with everyone else, people with MS benefit from eating a balanced and healthy diet, choosing low-fat foods and eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. This booklet also examines the role of diet in MS, and outlines the latest nutritional research. This leaflet outlines the many ways MS Society Scotland can help people affected by MS. This leaflet outlines the support MS Society Scotland can offer those who work with people affected by MS. Find out about our self-management courses.
