2008 Edinburgh Marathon

Congratulations to everyone who took part in the 2008 Edinburgh Marathon! The day started out grey and dull, but as the masses of runners and relay team sped their way along the track the sun slowly began to appear. The sea of runners was sprinkled with lots of orange vests as we had a record number of runners taking part on behalf of the MS Society Scotland.

Well done to everyone who completed the course and it was great to meet so many of you on the day. We do have some professional photos of our runners, if you would like a copy of yours then contact the Fundraising Team to let them know your race number.

The money raised through participating Edinburgh Marathon will be used to help fund MS Nurses, provide specialist respite care, award grants for home adaptations and mobility aids as well as funding vital research into multiple sclerosis.
