Volunteering with the MS Society Scotland

Volunteering is much more than just a job. It is an opportunity to meet friends, learn new skills or put existing ones to good use. It is also a chance to be part of a team that will make a difference to the lives of people who have, or are affected by, multiple sclerosis.

The Multiple Sclerosis Society has over 9000 volunteers throughout the UK all of whom play a unique role in helping the MS Society to provide the support and information that people affected by MS need. We offer a range of volunteering opportunities and hopefully one of these will suit you.

As well as supporting our work, volunteering for the MS Society can be fun, rewarding, a great way to meet new people and an excellent opportunity to use your existing skills or develop new ones. You don’t have to be someone affected by MS to volunteer for the MS Society.

There are so many ways you can volunteer to help the MS Society and people affected by MS.

In this section you can find out more about the volunteering opportunities you can take part in and search for current opportunities throughout Scotland.

If you're interested in volunteering or would like to find out more, please complete a Volunteer Application Form. Read more

Whatever Volunteer Opportunity you have chosen to get involved in, the MS Society will ensure you have the necessary skills to get the job done. Read about our volunteer training programme
