Respite Holiday centres

Take a break

The MS Society offers a full and excellent range of welfare and support services for people affected by MS as well as their carers, friends and relatives.

Throughout our 30 years of providing specialist facilities, we have sucessfully improved our standards of care and are continuing to do so.

We support a number of centres across the UK (see map below), from the seaside of Sussex to the lowlands of Scotland. Some offer specialist MS care and therapy for people with high level and complex needs. The others offer respite and holiday care with a programme of activities and excursions and are able to offer couples wanting to take a break together.

We have teams of fully trained staff, nurses and care assistants whose main purpose is to ensure your needs are met.

The aim of each centre is to provide a service to which you would be happy to return when you required another break.

In order to find out more information about a particular centre, please feel free to click map below.

Assessing Respite Care Services
The MS Society runs a Preferred Provider scheme, which recognises care homes that are able to demonstrate their ability to provide high quality respite care services to people with MS.
