Scottish Publications The MS Society produces publications on a wide range of subjects. Please give us a call on 0131 335 4050 for a full list, or ask for a newly diagnosed pack. However, since devolution in 1999, Scotland's government has been responsible for many areas that affect people with MS - most importantly health, social work and education. This means that information that is provided on the UK website, or in UK produced publications, may not always be relevant to Scotland. The MS Society Scotland is working to produce Scottish versions of the UK 'Essentials' booklets in cases where such differences occur. There are two Scottish 'Essentials' so far, covering social work and support for people severely affected by MS. You can download these below.
